Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Executive in Emergency Preparedness and Response.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert in products and services, understanding applications and use cases
- Collaborate with Market Access and Government Affairs to identify initiatives and funding sources
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and policy makers, supporting sales and driving business growth
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of project management experience
- Base understanding of health IT policy, including Meaningful Use and HIPAA
- Ability to relate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Occasional evening/weekend hours required for customer disaster response support
- Master's Degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field preferred
