Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Executive in Emergency Preparedness and Response.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert in products and services, understanding applications and use cases
  • Collaborate with Market Access and Government Affairs to identify initiatives and funding sources
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and policy makers, supporting sales and driving business growth
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of project management experience
  • Base understanding of health IT policy, including Meaningful Use and HIPAA
  • Ability to relate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Occasional evening/weekend hours required for customer disaster response support
  • Master's Degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field preferred
