Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Executive responsible for leading post-sales activities and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive post-sales transformation by aligning offerings with customer goals and fostering relationships with C-Level executives
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to create integrated pre- and post-sales strategies that deliver long-term value
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to ensure smooth value realization for customers


Required Qualifications
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
  • BA/BS or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 12 years in management consulting or leadership roles focused on technology-enabled business transformations
  • Proven success in managing large-scale strategic accounts and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong experience in building relationships with C-level business leaders
