Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Executive for Global Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the renewal and upsell sales motions for existing Global Firm customers, focusing on driving retention and managing complex deals
  • Track customer health and usage data, identify growth opportunities, and escalate critical concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Develop and implement best practices and long-term Customer Success Plans in collaboration with internal partners
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in client management within B2B SaaS or a comparable environment
  • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce
  • Strong operational discipline, including forecasting and system hygiene
  • Familiarity with cloud software solutions and delivery models
