Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify areas of risk and take steps to prevent customer or revenue churn
- Work closely with Sales Teams to define and execute product adoption and customer retention plans
- Provide prescriptive guidance on internal project/program governance and ensure adherence to governance models
Required Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
- Significant experience collaborating with senior IT and business leaders
- PMP preferred; project management experience required
- A minimum of 10 years in a client-facing or relevant role in account or client relationship management
- Experience in critical subject areas such as IT Strategy, IT Operations, and IT Governance
