Job Summary
Experienced in enterprise customer success, the full-time Customer Success Executive will work remotely to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Red Hat's offerings through onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer executives to align Red Hat's activities with their business goals
- Develop and implement customer success strategies that inspire stakeholders and ensure successful outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize subscriber churn and enhance customer value realization
Required qualifications
- 7 years of account management or customer success experience, preferably in the enterprise software industry
- Solid understanding of the financial services industry and open source software solutions
- Experience advocating for customers and fostering relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and familiarity with other customer relationship management tools
- Outstanding communication skills for leading strategic business reviews with various stakeholders
