Job Summary
Driving post-sales success for key accounts, the full-time Customer Success Executive will lead customer transformation initiatives, foster relationships with C-level executives, and collaborate strategically to ensure predictable renewals and maximize business impact in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead the customer's post-sales transformation, aligning offerings to customer goals and delivering industry thought-leadership
- Partner with Account Executives to create and execute integrated strategies that deliver long-term value for customers and the organization
- Proactively identify risks to success and develop strategies with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth value realization
Required qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 12 years in management consulting or leadership roles focused on technology-enabled business transformations
- Demonstrated success in running large-scale strategic accounts and exceeding business objectives
- Strong experience building relationships with C-level business leaders in large enterprises
- Proven ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments and adapt strategies accordingly
