Job Summary

Driving post-sales transformation for key accounts, the full-time Customer Success Executive will lead strategic initiatives, foster relationships with C-level executives, and ensure customer success in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and lead the customer's post-sales transformation, aligning offerings to customer goals
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to execute integrated pre- and post-sales strategies
  • Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to ensure smooth value realization
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 years in a management consulting or leadership role focused on technology-enabled business transformations
  • BA/BS or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale strategic accounts and exceeding business objectives
  • Strong experience in building relationships with C-level business leaders
  • Expertise in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
