Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Expert in Title Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and troubleshooting
  • Manage mixed media communication requests and ensure timely customer service
  • Develop strong client relationships and provide training on products and services
Qualifications and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • 3-5 years in a multi-state or national real estate processing environment
  • Experience with Resware is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
