Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Expert in Title Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and troubleshooting
- Manage mixed media communication requests and ensure timely customer service
- Develop strong client relationships and provide training on products and services
Qualifications and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- 3-5 years in a multi-state or national real estate processing environment
- Experience with Resware is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
