Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Graduate Trainee.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with suppliers, maintaining stock levels, processing invoices, and managing vendor onboarding
Assisting with on-site operations, including managing calendars, booking events, and welcoming visitors
Supporting the HQ Support Manager in planning and organizing events, VIP visits, and ad hoc tasks

Required Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Spanish languages
Knowledge of Bitcoin and Fiat currency payment rails
Strong local and regional knowledge
Residing in or near Gibraltar for on-site work
Alignment with company values and leadership principles
