Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage new customer implementation projects with multiple integrated workstreams
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and timelines while identifying potential risks
- Act as the product expert, guiding customers on best practices and feature configuration
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of project management experience in SaaS client implementation
- Proven ability to develop and execute project plans and manage timelines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
