Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Customer Success Implementation Manager will implement services for new clients, serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional communications, and ensure technical operations are executed smoothly in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead client transitions by collaborating with Sales and Customer Success Managers for onboarding and account management
- Manage and troubleshoot technical operations to ensure launch readiness for clients
- Create and optimize tools and systems related to launch operations and overall readiness
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in Implementation, Operations, or Customer Success roles
- Demonstrated experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits space
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Asana preferred
- Deep passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
