Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Lead to ensure campaign excellence across live programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure campaigns run smoothly and hit performance goals
  • Translate client objectives into media plans and setup requirements
  • Monitor pacing and performance, providing optimizations and troubleshooting as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in programmatic advertising
  • Hands-on knowledge of major DSPs, especially Nexxen, The Trade Desk, or Viant
  • Experience working directly with clients on technical and strategic issues
  • Strong understanding of campaign pacing, optimization, and measurement
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in fast-paced environments
