Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the customer journey from onboarding through renewal, focusing on adoption and long-term value
- Deliver insights-driven check-ins and value reviews to demonstrate customer impact
- Coach and develop the Customer Success team to ensure high-quality customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership, preferably in a SaaS or MarTech environment
- Strong customer-first approach to enablement and product adoption
- Experience managing end-to-end customer journeys
- Strong technical aptitude for guiding complex setups and implementations
- Familiarity with marketing technologies and CRM platforms
