Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or post-sales roles within SaaS
  • 5+ years of direct people leadership experience managing Customer Success Managers
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding renewal and expansion goals
  • Strong analytical and operational skills for optimizing workflows and forecasting outcomes
  • Experience with Customer Success methodologies and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong)
