- 5+ years of direct people leadership experience managing Customer Success Managers
- Demonstrated success in exceeding renewal and expansion goals
- Strong analytical and operational skills for optimizing workflows and forecasting outcomes
- Experience with Customer Success methodologies and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong)
