Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Customer Success Lead who will design and operationalize a scalable customer success engine using automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize a scaled customer success engine using automation and AI tools
- Build and run one-to-many programs that convert repeatable plays into automated workflows
- Own gross retention and expansion across approximately 150-200 accounts while identifying and executing expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management
- Proven ability to manage a large book of business and drive expansion
- Experience designing scalable customer success programs using automation and AI tools
- Experience supporting developer-focused products, such as SDKs, integrations, and APIs
- Background in web performance, RUM, APM, or observability
