Customer Success Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Launch & Customer Success Lead who will ensure successful rollout and strong adoption across partner gym networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end launch process for new enterprise gym partners, including planning timelines and ensuring operational readiness
• Develop and maintain a Partner Launch Playbook that standardizes the launch process across gym networks
• Monitor partner performance and product adoption, tracking metrics such as member penetration and trainer engagement

Required Qualifications

• Strong project and operational management skills
• Experience working with enterprise clients or strategic partnerships
• Ability to build scalable processes and operational systems
• Experience working with multi-location businesses or franchise networks
• Background in fitness, wellness, or health-tech industries (nice to have)
