Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Lead, Overtur Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own onboarding strategy and execution for Overtur Services, maintaining advisory groups and customer lists
- Capture and prioritize customer feedback for Product Management, ensuring communication of feedback to customers
- Design and run adoption programs and collaborate with Sales on revenue expansions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or service environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and present findings effectively
- Experience with customer success tools and practices
- Familiarity with door hardware and basic understanding of software development processes is preferred
