Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Lead (EMEA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Executive Lead for key accounts, building relationships with senior stakeholders and driving long-term strategy
  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance on client strategy and campaign execution
  • Oversee the execution of mobile marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivering high-quality insights


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or digital marketing
  • 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record in client growth and retention
  • Experience in mobile marketing, adtech, or programmatic advertising is highly valued
