Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success and Support Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer engagement and manage requirements with minimal oversight
  • Own the end-to-end user onboarding process and support ticket platform roadmap
  • Lead user orientation sessions and develop innovative solutions for program challenges
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus at least 8 years of related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of experience
  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to explain technical concepts related to data warehousing and analytics to non-technical users
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying friction points and improving workflows
  • Extensive experience with requirements management tools and support ticket platforms
