Job Summary
Leading a team of Customer Success Managers, the full-time hybrid Customer Success Lead will coach and support staff to enhance client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure successful implementations while collaborating across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and coach Customer Success Managers to strengthen relationships and drive account growth
- Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to align strategies and enhance customer experience
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer executives, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in leading teams and building executive relationships
- Strong background in implementing SaaS platforms and driving adoption
- Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs for customer success
- Experience in strategic analysis and using data to improve customer outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
