Job Summary
Driving operational excellence across the post-sales customer journey, the full-time remote Customer Success Lead will manage technical customer delivery projects, oversee onboarding and expansion initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of technical customer delivery projects, including onboarding, migrations, and expansions
- Maintain and refine customer-facing operational processes, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with strategic objectives
- Act as the primary driver for customer onboarding, coordinating resources and ensuring timely completion of milestones
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in a customer-facing operational or technical role within a B2B SaaS or software company
- Demonstrable experience managing the full lifecycle of customer-facing software projects, including onboarding and data migrations
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding new customers and creating operational processes for customer success
- Deep familiarity with the B2B SaaS business model and the post-sales customer lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
