Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Customer Success Lead will manage customer technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely resolutions while documenting interactions in a CRM system and acting as a subject matter expert.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to and document customer inquiries, providing empathetic and accurate support
- Act as a customer advocate, representing their needs internally and proposing process improvements
- Monitor and follow up on unresolved tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a health-related field encouraged
- 1 year of previous customer service experience required
- Experience in Customer Technical Support or Customer Sales Support preferred
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and CRM tools
- Bilingual in Spanish or French is encouraged
