Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Customer Success Lead will manage customer technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely resolutions while documenting interactions in a CRM system and acting as a subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to and document customer inquiries, providing empathetic and accurate support
  • Act as a customer advocate, representing their needs internally and proposing process improvements
  • Monitor and follow up on unresolved tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a health-related field encouraged
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience required
  • Experience in Customer Technical Support or Customer Sales Support preferred
  • Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and CRM tools
  • Bilingual in Spanish or French is encouraged
