Job Summary
Leading a team of experienced Customer Success professionals, the full-time remote Customer Success Lead will drive post-sales excellence, manage priority accounts, and ensure measurable value delivery to customers across Western Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Success team, focusing on customer retention and expansion goals
- Directly manage key accounts and engage in customer conversations to model best practices and drive adoption
- Set strategic direction for the team, aligning initiatives with company goals and optimizing delivery quality across all accounts
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or post-sales roles within SaaS, particularly with Western Europe accounts
- 5+ years of direct people leadership experience managing Customer Success Managers and developing talent
- Strong player-coach mindset with a proven track record in exceeding renewal and expansion goals
- Expertise in Customer Success methodologies and best practices
- Strong analytical and operational skills, capable of using data to optimize workflows and forecast outcomes
