Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure effective customer relationship management and account growth
  • Mentor team members to manage customer implementations of the platform, ensuring high adoption and understanding of its value
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer executive sponsors to drive passion and satisfaction for the platform
Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in account management, sales, or professional services at a software/SaaS company
  • Proven track record of building strong C-level executive relationships and deep empathy
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audience
  • Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, and drive long-term engagement
  • Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment
