Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Lead - DACH - Strategic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic account management by building and managing relationships with 20-30 enterprise clients
  • Lead onboarding and long-term adoption initiatives to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes
  • Analyze customer usage to identify opportunities for increasing product adoption and maximizing customer value
Required Qualifications
  • 7-9 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships in a SaaS environment
  • Proven success in delivering value for customers using technical or mission-critical products
  • Deep experience with strategic accounts in the DACH market
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding renewal and expansion goals
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are an asset
