Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Lead - Pricing & Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze monthly revenue and customer lifetime value for various customer segments and product offerings
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to segment customers and analyze trends for each segment
  • Work closely with Product and Finance teams to develop and evaluate pricing strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel
  • Understanding of financial concepts, including revenue models and pricing
  • Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, define, structure, and lead complex projects
