Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Customer Success function focusing on renewals, churn mitigation, and expansion opportunities
- Design and implement a risk-scoring system to proactively identify and save at-risk accounts
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Engineering to ensure customer feedback informs the product roadmap
Required Qualifications
- Experience building or leading a Customer Success function in a high-growth startup
- Proven track record of managing net retention and renewals while maintaining trusted advisor relationships
- Possess a personal toolstack and framework for managing complex projects and customer risk
- Ability to influence internal teams and gain respect from external executive stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with experience in navigating cross-functional challenges
