Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Customer Success function focusing on renewals, churn mitigation, and expansion opportunities
  • Design and implement a risk-scoring system to proactively identify and save at-risk accounts
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Engineering to ensure customer feedback informs the product roadmap
Required Qualifications
  • Experience building or leading a Customer Success function in a high-growth startup
  • Proven track record of managing net retention and renewals while maintaining trusted advisor relationships
  • Possess a personal toolstack and framework for managing complex projects and customer risk
  • Ability to influence internal teams and gain respect from external executive stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with experience in navigating cross-functional challenges
