Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Lead to build and scale its post-sales function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the end-to-end Customer Success strategy, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals
  • Establish a customer health framework and drive predictable renewals and expansions
  • Build scalable Customer Success processes and act as a senior escalation point for strategic customers
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales leadership in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience building and scaling Customer Success teams
  • Experience managing Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Renewals
  • Strong background working with technical customers in engineering-led environments
  • Experience partnering with enterprise Sales teams
