Required Qualifications
- Engineering or technical implementation background is required
- Direct management experience with hiring and coaching
- Hands-on understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Proven ownership of complex enterprise customer relationships
- Experience creating playbooks and processes from the ground up
