Required Qualifications
  • Engineering or technical implementation background is required
  • Direct management experience with hiring and coaching
  • Hands-on understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
  • Proven ownership of complex enterprise customer relationships
  • Experience creating playbooks and processes from the ground up
