Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of customers in the EdTech industry.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead seamless onboarding for new customers, facilitating product training and knowledge transfer
  • Maintain strong customer relationships as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Utilize data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving accelerated growth and maximizing customer value
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
  • Proficient in analyzing data to extract meaningful insights
  • Familiarity with customer success tools and CRM systems
  • Expertise in account management and nurturing customer relationships
