Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer onboarding, training, and business reviews for Mid-Market clients
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on product functionality and best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Software CSM experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Experience with upsells and renewals
  • Experience in project management and customer lifecycle management
  • Proven track record in driving customer success metrics like NRR and Logo Renewal
