Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer retention and expansion in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 50 customers to ensure adoption, retention, and ongoing success
  • Conduct onboarding, health checks, and quarterly business reviews
  • Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities while monitoring customer engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role in SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage post-sale relationships and meet renewal targets
  • Familiarity with CRMs and customer success tools
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical and product teams
  • Proactive and growth-minded approach to driving customer impact
