Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II who will focus on building and maintaining customer relationships as a website performance specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and provide monthly product reviews with optimization recommendations
- Analyze customer digital performance and troubleshoot website issues to meet service levels
- Communicate customer strategies and KPIs to cross-functional teams while managing multiple accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Google Analytics Certified
- 2+ years of account management and/or dealership experience
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
