Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II who will focus on building and maintaining customer relationships as a website performance specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and provide monthly product reviews with optimization recommendations
  • Analyze customer digital performance and troubleshoot website issues to meet service levels
  • Communicate customer strategies and KPIs to cross-functional teams while managing multiple accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • 2+ years of account management and/or dealership experience
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
