Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer lifetime value through contract renewals and increasing consumable utilization
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling to engage customers and promote service contract offerings
  • Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce and provide post-sale support to ensure retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of Inside Sales or Service Contract/Corporate Account Sales experience
  • Business development experience
  • 2-year or 4-year college degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and activity quotas
