Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer lifetime value through contract renewals and increasing consumable utilization
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to engage customers and promote service contract offerings
- Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce and provide post-sale support to ensure retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of Inside Sales or Service Contract/Corporate Account Sales experience
- Business development experience
- 2-year or 4-year college degree in business or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and activity quotas
