Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager with SIU experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate successful rollouts of solutions, including training end users and preparing launch materials
- Coordinate resources across the organization to resolve client issues and meet delivery commitments
- Assess client strategies in Anti-Fraud, Claims, and Underwriting, recommending improvements and driving client retention
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance fraud detection and at least 2 years in project leadership
- Experience leading client meetings with diverse participants, including senior leaders
- Practical experience managing projects end-to-end in a SaaS environment
- Ability to analyze data and KPIs to extract actionable insights
- Familiarity with current P&C insurance trends
