Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (MSP Bulk) (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Manage the onboarding process and provide training for MSP partners
  • Drive upsell opportunities and monitor partner health metrics
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2+ years managing customers within a SaaS subscription model
  • 1+ years working with channel partners, including MSPs
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT Security Field
