Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (MSP Bulk) (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Manage the onboarding process and provide training for MSP partners
- Drive upsell opportunities and monitor partner health metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years managing customers within a SaaS subscription model
- 1+ years working with channel partners, including MSPs
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT Security Field
