Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Customer Success Manager role at a SaaS company
- Experience in building relationships with executive stakeholders and managing high-touch relationships
- Proficient in data analysis and presentation, including experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to take ownership of a book of business and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Curiosity and willingness to become an expert on the product and industry
