Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as a primary bridge between innovative programs and the families they serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer support tickets, phone calls, and chats professionally and empathetically
  • Develop relationships with clients, resolving issues and providing personalized recommendations
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure effective communication and positive outcomes for all stakeholders
Key Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, STEM Education, Management, or Business
  • Experience in EdTech or summer camp programming is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field
  • Proficient with technology and able to master new software quickly
  • Must clear all required background checks
