Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as a primary bridge between innovative programs and the families they serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer support tickets, phone calls, and chats professionally and empathetically
- Develop relationships with clients, resolving issues and providing personalized recommendations
- Coordinate with staff to ensure effective communication and positive outcomes for all stakeholders
Key Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, STEM Education, Management, or Business
- Experience in EdTech or summer camp programming is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field
- Proficient with technology and able to master new software quickly
- Must clear all required background checks
