Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize digital implementation, usage, retention, and expansion of digital solutions
  • Assist faculty with the implementation and integration of digital solutions
  • Collaborate with field sales/account managers on customer retention strategies and digital adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
  • Previous customer service, sales support, and/or tech product support exposure
  • Ability to learn and apply technical expertise with new and existing platforms
  • Self-starter with strong listening skills to understand and execute digital solutions
