Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize digital implementation, usage, retention, and expansion of digital solutions
- Assist faculty with the implementation and integration of digital solutions
- Collaborate with field sales/account managers on customer retention strategies and digital adoption
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
- Previous customer service, sales support, and/or tech product support exposure
- Ability to learn and apply technical expertise with new and existing platforms
- Self-starter with strong listening skills to understand and execute digital solutions
