Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure quick adoption of the platform
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries
  • Monitor customer health metrics to prevent churn and identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS or the construction industry
  • Experience in the construction industry or with construction-related technologies is preferred
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Experience using customer success platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS Office)
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
