Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation of the product, ensuring configuration and training are completed
  • Drive customer retention by monitoring health metrics and maintaining ongoing relationships post-onboarding
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer success
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of onboarding and retaining customers while driving product adoption
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
