Required Qualifications

- 5+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role in the Technology or SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem or other hyperscaler landscapes
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing renewals
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship building with technical stakeholders and executives
