Job Summary

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role in the Technology or SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem or other hyperscaler landscapes
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing renewals
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship building with technical stakeholders and executives
