Job Summary
Customer Success Manager, responsible for driving customer retention and growth, ensuring value from solutions, and building relationships in a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure renewals and identify opportunities for expansion within assigned accounts
- Ensure customers achieve measurable value through success plans and data-driven reviews
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to strengthen advocacy and partnership
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within SaaS or EdTech
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and customer satisfaction targets
- Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships
- Deep understanding of the education technology landscape
- Proficiency with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight)
