Job Summary

To support customer retention and revenue growth, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will lead renewal execution, negotiate commercial terms, and develop account plans while collaborating with internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead territory management and end-to-end renewal execution to achieve customer retention and revenue targets
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor and encourage account references
  • Develop specific account plans to drive demand generation and sustainable growth
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven work experience (3+ years) in a Customer Success Manager or similar role focused on renewals, particularly in the public sector
  • Experience in sales operations and contract negotiation is a plus
