Job Summary
To support customer retention and revenue growth, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will lead renewal execution, negotiate commercial terms, and develop account plans while collaborating with internal teams and customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead territory management and end-to-end renewal execution to achieve customer retention and revenue targets
- Establish strong relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor and encourage account references
- Develop specific account plans to drive demand generation and sustainable growth
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven work experience (3+ years) in a Customer Success Manager or similar role focused on renewals, particularly in the public sector
- Experience in sales operations and contract negotiation is a plus
