Job Summary
Leading a dedicated Account Management team, the full-time Manager of Customer Success will drive client satisfaction and account growth for small and medium-sized businesses in digital marketing services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers to enhance collaboration and performance
- Implement retention and growth strategies to improve client satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
- Track KPIs and maintain detailed client records to address complex client issues effectively
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing high-performing customer success teams
- 5+ years of account and client management experience with a proven track record of retention and growth
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft or Google Office Suite
- Digital marketing experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
