Job Summary
Driving customer lifetime value, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage contract renewals, convert warranty and billable customers into contract customers, and increase consumable utilization through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas through proactive customer engagement and contract renewals
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to re-engage inactive accounts and promote consumables and service contracts
- Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
- 3 years of inside sales or service contract/corporate account sales experience
- Business development experience with a focus on customer service and relationship management
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- 2-year or 4-year college degree in business or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
