Job Summary
To grow and manage critical customer relationships, the remote Customer Success Manager will ensure customer engagement, adoption, retention, and drive new use cases utilizing Antenna's data and products.
Key responsibilities
- Own and enhance the customer experience with Antenna products, ensuring engagement and growth
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning Antenna's offerings to deliver value
- Collaborate with commercial teams to expand relationships and track customer health metrics for proactive support
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer success or client service
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and exceeding retention quotas
- Strong communication skills, particularly with technical products and key stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with change and ambiguity
- Bonus: Experience with viewership data and relationships in the subscriber economy streaming sector
