Job Summary

To ensure customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, oversee service implementation, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively build relationships with customers and ensure successful implementation of services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client success metrics and address any issues that arise
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during contract renewals to enhance revenue growth
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations
  • Proven track record of driving measurable customer outcomes and success
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology
  • Strong leadership abilities and emotional intelligence
