Job Summary
To ensure customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, oversee service implementation, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively build relationships with customers and ensure successful implementation of services
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client success metrics and address any issues that arise
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during contract renewals to enhance revenue growth
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations
- Proven track record of driving measurable customer outcomes and success
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology
- Strong leadership abilities and emotional intelligence
