Job Summary
Owning the post-sale client relationship for an assigned portfolio of RCM customers, the full-time salaried Customer Success Manager will drive successful adoption of billing services, protect retention, and identify growth opportunities while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the post-sale relationship for RCM customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Lead the sales-to-success handoff process and conduct regular check-ins to maintain customer engagement
- Monitor account health metrics and manage escalations, coordinating resolution across internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Demonstrated ownership of a customer portfolio with accountability for retention and growth
- Experience in home care or home health
- Proven ability to manage escalations and coordinate across cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working with data to assess account health and identify trends
