Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure successful onboarding processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to foster long-term relationships
  • Drive product adoption by providing training and support to clients
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client needs and satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction
  • Experience with CRM software and customer success tools
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client data and feedback
