Job Summary
To enhance customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure successful onboarding processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to foster long-term relationships
- Drive product adoption by providing training and support to clients
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client needs and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction
- Experience with CRM software and customer success tools
- Strong analytical skills to assess client data and feedback
